Sales Manager & Business Development

Maintain, and expand relationships with existing customers within the herbal extracts industry across designated territory. Develop long- term and sustainable business with range of customers across industries (client site) such as FMCG, Food Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, Cosmetics etc. Achieve sales targets to grow existing customers and expand into new accounts. Identify and develop future opportunity, assess it and bring it to closure Manage intra department discussions and coordination. Develop and follow sales strategies. Understand customer needs and translate them to business. Track the Herbal extract industry, changes and regulatory requirements. Interact across the different stakeholders (i.e., Purchasing, Technical, Marketing, and Management) Independently handle end to end sales cycle. Identify and participate in events to further expand company business and portfolio

Candidate Profile :

Minimum of 6- 8 years working experience in global business environment and sales account management in nutraceutical/ pharmaceutical industry, specifically herbal extracts, phytochemicals and/ or ingredients. 
Must be well versed with the regulatory requirement for exports.
Experience in negotiating and conflict handling
Ability to generate business independently  
Self- driven and goal oriented with ability to meet targets and deadlines 
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills 
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Zeal to learn more
