The objective of the workshop was to build a common and consistent understanding of the Vision 2025, Strategic direction and Strategic Thrusts, ensure clarity of roles for each function and each team, understand cross-functional dependencies for strategy to succeed, Convert strategy into specific actions and the measures thereof, Ensure individual and team accountabilities of actions and targets.
