How to Use It?

Since the Boswellia extract itself is a little too strong for our skin, you might want to add some carrier oil, such as Frankincense oil, so as to dilute it and make it gentle on the skin. Alternatively, mildly massage the area with oil and then use a few cut pieces of lemon, tie them in a cloth, dip them in warm sesame oil and gently place the pack on the affected area for some time.
